- Define course goals and learning outcomes
- Draft syllabus and course structure
- Identify instructional methods and technologies
- Map activities and assessments to objectives
- Create instructional materials and multimedia
- Develop assessments and interactive content
- Build out modules in LMS

- Course build complete, submit for QM review
[DATE] Weeks 12-15
- Review course for quality and usability
- Discuss and implement recommendations
