Resources for Success

This page provides KU students with access to academic, career, and wellness resources, along with Canvas support information and technology requirements. Students are also invited to provide feedback on their Canvas course experience via the survey below.

Academic Affairs provides links to KU policies and resources pertaining to academic misconduct, grading, harassment and discrimination, mandatory reporting, equal opportunity and affirmative action, and student rights and responsibilities.  

  • Academic Misconduct Policy — The KU University Council has approved this policy and it is included as part of the University Senate Rules and Regulations.
  • Accessibility Resource Statement — In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 as amended, the University Academic Support Centers recommends all teaching staff include a statement on each course syllabus inviting students with disabilities to request reasonable accommodations.

KU Libraries provides a getting started guide for online students. You can also request books to be delivered to your home.  Need help finding books, articles, data, or properly citing sources? Assistance is available at the service desks in any library location and by email, phone, text, or chat: Ask a Librarian.

The Student Access Center provides accessibility accommodations for qualified students with documented disabilities, assists students in self-advocacy, educates the University of Kansas about disabilities, and ensures compliance with federal and state law.
