About CODL

The KU Center for Online and Distance Learning was established in the summer of 2011 as a faculty service organization and campus resource focused on hybrid, online and distance teaching and learning. Our offices in 4 Budig were established in March of 2012 to provide a centrally accessible location of KU faculty.

Since that time, CODL has focused our efforts on working with faculty from across campus to support KU’s online learning presence and support the use of innovative pedagogy and teaching and learning technologies.  In addition, our staff provides media production services for online delivery, exam proctoring, and answer hundreds of student inquiries about KU online courses each semester.

We invite you to join us at one of our faculty events or stop by at any time to learn more about how we support teaching and learning at KU.
